Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the original pickup date, provided that the product remains unopened, uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.

Products that have been opened or installed may still be considered for return. However, if a product cannot be restored to its original, uninstalled, brand-new condition, a restocking fee may apply. The amount of the restocking fee will be determined based on the product’s condition, packaging, missing components, signs of use, and any costs required to restore the product to a resalable condition.

All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by S.heLikes Supply Inc. before a refund is issued. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

S.heLikes Supply Inc. reserves the right to determine return eligibility, assess applicable restocking fees, and interpret and administer this policy, subject to applicable laws.
