Applicable taxes, delivery charges, installation charges, and other fees are not included unless expressly stated.

4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment verification, and fraud screening.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including:

- Incorrect pricing or product information;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;

6. Store Pickup
Customers selecting store pickup will be notified when their order is ready.
Customers should not arrive for pickup until they have received confirmation that the order is ready. Valid identification or proof of purchase may be required.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product and confirming the correct model, colour, quantity, and visible condition at the time of pickup.
Once the product leaves our premises, the customer is responsible for transporting, handling, securing, and protecting the product safely.
7. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges, timing, and service areas may vary.
Any estimated delivery date or time is provided as an estimate only and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, traffic, supply interruptions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that doorways, hallways, elevators, stairways, and other access points are suitable for the product.
Unless installation services are specifically included in writing, delivery does not include assembly, installation, removal of packaging, or removal of existing furniture or equipment.
8. Inspection and Damage Claims
Customers must inspect products promptly after pickup or delivery.
Any visible damage, missing components, or incorrect products should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible, together with photographs, proof of purchase, and relevant packaging.
Damage caused after pickup or delivery by improper transportation, handling, installation, assembly, misuse, modification, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
9. Assembly and Installation
Customers are responsible for following all product instructions and ensuring that products are assembled or installed correctly.
Where professional installation is appropriate, the customer is responsible for hiring a qualified installer unless installation services have been expressly purchased from us.
We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper assembly, installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and restocking fees are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Return and Refund Policy before purchasing.
11. Warranty
Any applicable manufacturer’s warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, warranties do not cover damage caused by:
- Improper assembly or installation;
- Misuse or abuse;
- Commercial wear and tear;
- Accidents or impact;
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Improper cleaning or maintenance;
- Transportation after pickup;
- Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions; or
- Failure to follow product instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
